Site Offers Foodservice and Retail Customers New Option

WICHITA, Kan. – In response to growing consumer demand for high-end pork, Cargill Meat Solutions launched http://www.berksupreme.com/, the first online site that enables foodservice and retail customers to order whole portions of Berkshire pork.
Chefs and butchers can order Cargill Meat Solutions Berkshire pork and cut it to their specifications, based on their own customers’ preferences. Other online sites currently sell pre-cut, portion-controlled pieces.

Customers have the choice of receiving “fresh frozen” products within two days, or “fresh never-frozen” products shipped in as little as nine days. Fresh never-frozen products are processed as they are ordered to guarantee the freshest Berkshire pork product available.
